Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and maintain an account on nbajer, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are not permitted to register or use any part of the nbajer platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and automated agents may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details.
• You must not be prohibited from accessing online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee of nbajer, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless explicit written permission has been granted.

nbajer reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes. nbajer accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Use and Responsibilities

Your nbajer account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct any transactions using your login credentials. Sharing your account with another person — regardless of whether any financial transaction is involved — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through the platform's support channels. nbajer will treat any instruction issued from your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach in writing.

nbajer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it suspects that the account is being used in a manner that breaches these Terms, violates applicable law, or causes harm to the platform or other players. In the event of permanent account closure due to a breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to nbajer will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on nbajer are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nbajer supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the player's account dashboard at the time of initiating a transaction.

Deposits are credited to your nbajer wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, players must contact the support team with proof of transaction before any manual investigation can be initiated.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes listed below, measured from the time the request is approved following any applicable verification checks:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically within 15 minutes of approval during standard processing hours.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Visa and Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days. Card withdrawals are subject to the card issuer's own processing timelines.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account. nbajer does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered account holder, or payment methods not on record for that account. nbajer charges no fees on withdrawals; however, the player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

nbajer reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for the purposes of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance with applicable financial regulations. Players will be informed of any such hold via their registered contact information.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

nbajer may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all nbajer promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Any uncompleted wagering requirements will expire at the end of the validity period, and associated bonus balances will be forfeited.
• nbajer reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain slot titles, and in-play sports markets may contribute at different percentages. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion details.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between player accounts under any circumstances.
• nbajer reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and being actively wagered by a player at the time of modification.

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any winnings derived from abuse forfeited.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on nbajer, whether on sports markets (including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) or casino games (including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers), are subject to the specific rules governing each market or game type. These rules are accessible from within the platform at the point of play.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances where nbajer explicitly permits in-play cash-out, where the applicable market rules provide for void bets (for example, in the event of a match abandonment or postponement), or where nbajer determines at its discretion that a bet was placed in error due to a manifest pricing error on the platform.

In the event of a technical failure or interruption during a game or bet settlement, nbajer will use all reasonable efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the failure. Where this is not possible, bets affected by verified technical failures will be voided and stakes returned. nbajer's decision in relation to technical failures is final.

• Minimum bet: ৳50 per round or market selection unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum bet: Varies by game and market. Maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market before confirmation.
• Payout limits: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are communicated at the point of bet placement. nbajer reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per player per day.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nbajer platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nbajer staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on any nbajer software, content, or intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbajer's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their nbajer account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbajer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if nbajer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nbajer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or external factors including internet service provider outages, government-mandated restrictions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. nbajer accepts no liability for losses arising from such unavailability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through nbajer's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, players are required to first contact nbajer's support team at [email protected] with a clear written description of the complaint and the resolution they are seeking. nbajer will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms

nbajer reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nbajer will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the nbajer platform after any changes to these Terms have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].
